  3. Approval and Refund: Upon verification, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
    • No return required for defective items.

Refund Conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are not issued for issues caused by misuse, improper care, or accidental damage by the customer.

2. Return Policy

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defects or damages, the following conditions apply:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
